• The Driving Instructor shall give the pupil driving tuition at the rate per hour previously communicated to the pupil by Sayf Driving School (hereinafter called "the school"), prices are not negotiable unless under special circumstances.
• Whilst reserving the right to decide against giving driving tuition, the instructor will not act in any way that contravenes legislation on discrimination.
• The school reserves the right to substitute a change of car if necessary.
• All lessons, block bookings, advance and intensive courses are to be paid for at the beginning of the lesson or course.
• Special offers are subject to availability, the school has the right to withdraw or decline any offers.
• Any cancellations or rearrangements must be made DIRECTLY to your instructor at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the driving lesson; otherwise, the lesson fee will be charged.
• Your instructor also reserves the right to refuse tuition in the interest of public safety and damage to the vehicle.
• Your instructor cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving & Vehicle Standards Agency.
• The Driving Test is currently £62, paid to the DVSA. The car hire for the test is 2 hours and it will be £100 as previously communicated to the pupil by the school or your Instructor. (The car hire hours may differ depending if you live outside the test centre area)
• The instructor reserves the right to withhold the use of the driving school car for the driving test, if the pupil has not reached a satisfactory standard of driving competence.
